Our Ethical Profiler© is a unique instrument for measuring the ways in which people make decisions. The purpose of this tool is to assess your particular preferences, character and style in order to understand how you navigate your world and make the choices you make.

Ethical preference, character or style is a continuum – no one way is the right way of making moral decisions. With this questionnaire, you will be able to see where your preferences lie with regard to four fundamental considerations:

	Motivation: What drives you to take action?
	Authority: On what authority do you act?
	Responsiveness: Are you primarily proactive or reactive?
	Accountability: How far does your sense of responsibility extend?

The Ethical Profiler is an individual assessment tool. Developed by a team of psychologists and ethicists, the EP provides a snapshot of your current moral thinking process. It uncovers the motivating factors behind your decisions and your overall perspective with regard to ethics in action.

The EP is administered via the internet using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) assuring total privacy and confidentiality. It takes approximately 25 minutes to complete. You receive your confidential results immediately, along with a detailed report explaining the meaning behind the results.
